Loving Someone

loving someone is hard
loosing someone is harder
loosing someone you love is nearly impossible
being loved and lost to someone who loves you is out of the question
so when you love someone
they seem to take the love you gave them with you
leaving the only reassurance with you
that you did well
if you truly love someone
you will let them take the path of God’s hands
and let God take yours as well
love is difficult
but being alone is harder
loving someone is unreasonable
but not loving someone is preposterous
so why do we do this?
love so that we can loose?
with only the slight hope of a better reunion in a perfect place
we can’t even imagine the reasons or the reasons that are in store
we don’t know the motives of God’s plans
or where they might take us
or even if we’ll see them
but do we need to know?
if we don’t even know all earthly knowledge
then how can we expect to know all of Holy knowledge...
not all the questions you ask need to be answered
just submerge yourself in the eminence
of not knowing
but rather wondering
with the comfort that He knows for you
so you do not have the burden of knowing
nor to do one’s utmost to follow the placed plan
But rather to sit and follow with trust in the one who does know
that is why we love
because we do not know where it will take us
and the journey of loving will only grow us closer to God himself

*Quote of the day*

The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears,
the figure that she carries,
or the way she combs her hair.
The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes,
because that is the doorway to her heart,
the place where love resides.
True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul.
It's the caring that she lovingly gives,
the passion that she shows
and the beauty of a woman only grows with passing years.
-Audrey Hepburn-
